Building a HubSpot system Aurionpro’s team could use and keep developing
Aurionpro Americas wanted a CRM that supported the way its team worked, along with the knowledge to use it.
The company brought its sales process, product expertise, and operating needs. Fly More Kites contributed HubSpot configuration and a practical training program that connected the platform with those everyday responsibilities.
Implementation and enablement were treated as parts of the same job.
Build around the actual sales workflow
The setup began with contacts, companies, and custom properties that reflected the information the team needed to manage.
Website forms connected inbound inquiries with the CRM. A customized sales pipeline represented deal stages, while workflows supported follow-up and deal management. Individual and round-robin meeting links addressed scheduling needs.
Marketing setup included reusable email templates, social-account connections, and sending-domain configuration. These pieces established the tools the team would work with rather than leaving the CRM as an isolated database.
Make training part of the implementation
The training program used recurring live sessions, practical exercises, questions, and recordings.
Topics followed the work the team needed to perform:
- Navigating the sales workspace and managing deals.
- Creating contacts, leads, and sales sequences.
- Understanding workflows and follow-up automation.
- Building and interpreting reports and dashboards.
- Distinguishing sales communications from marketing emails.
The curriculum developed as questions and needs emerged. That gave the team room to connect unfamiliar features with situations it recognized from its own work.
Leave people with more than a configured account
The deliverables included the CRM foundation, connected lead-capture and sales tools, training sessions, and recordings the team could revisit.
That combination mattered because a system needs people who understand what to put into it, what to do next, and what the information means.
Aurionpro’s participation helped shape the training and the configuration. Its team brought the real questions; our role was to connect those questions with useful platform knowledge and implementation support.
Adoption is a continuing responsibility
This engagement illustrates a practical approach to CRM delivery: configure around the business, teach through the work, and keep responding to what the team needs to learn.
We appreciate Aurionpro’s trust in that process and the opportunity to help build both the system and the skills around it.
If your CRM rollout needs a plan for the people using it, let’s build that into the work from the beginning.
