Turning Aurionpro’s webinars into a wider publishing program
Aurionpro’s team had technical expertise and products that needed explanation. It wanted more opportunities to share that knowledge with the people who might use it.
Fly More Kites supported a webinar program and a wider publishing approach that connected production, promotion, follow-up, and content reuse.
The subject matter came from Aurionpro’s expertise. Our role was to help give that knowledge a repeatable path into events, written material, and ongoing communication.
Build the event process before going live
The webinar setup used Vimeo Live Events for production and LinkedIn Live for distribution.
Preparation included technical and content alignment, a rehearsal, and a final pre-event check. Those steps gave speakers and the production team time to work through the material and the practical details of presenting it.
Promotion connected social assets, email communication, registrant reminders, and the networks of participating partners.
The event was part of a planned sequence rather than the only moment of communication.
Give attendees and no-shows a next step
Follow-up distinguished between people who attended and people who registered but did not join.
Recaps, recordings, and relevant supporting material gave the team ways to continue the conversation after the live session.
The production work also included short-form clips and longer written or sales materials. That created additional assets from the discussions without requiring each new piece to start from an empty page.
Connect events with a broader publishing approach
Alongside the webinar work, the publishing program used LinkedIn, Substack, and Medium to share relevant material in different settings.
Content themes included payments technology, industry developments, overlooked questions, and the wider effects of payment systems. Platform-specific guidance helped shape the format and presentation for each channel.
A dedicated production process and GPT-assisted drafting supported the work, with editorial attention to the client’s subject matter and the needs of the audience.
These were connected parts of the publishing effort. Individual assets still needed an appropriate format, review, and distribution plan.
Help expertise travel further
The delivered work included webinar infrastructure, preparation routines, promotion assets, follow-up flows, reusable content, and publishing guidance.
Aurionpro supplied the expertise and direction that made those materials worth developing. Its trust gave us room to help organize the production and distribution around them.
The practical takeaway is to plan beyond the broadcast. A useful conversation can support multiple forms of communication when the preparation, rights, editorial work, and follow-up are considered together.
